I have installed OSTicket on 2 different servers, one Windows, one Linux, and am having problems with emails on both of them. It seems that emails don't go out to everyone they should when you open a ticket. Does not matter if you open it through the client web portal or through being logged in as staff. Sometimes it goes to admin, sometimes it goes to client, sometimes it goes to assignee, but never to everyone. I am using PHP. On the windows server, I have also tried using the SMTP settings. On SMTP, the results are the same. I have searched the forums and have not found any answers that work. Any thoughts?
