Hi All,
I would like that when a user submits a ticket the next page shows the history of that computer based on the phone number (Which I changed to asset tag number). Basically my purpose is that someone in the tech department would be logging new tickets and we want to know right away what issues we have had with that machine in the past. If you could point me to the file that has the submit button actions or if you are feeling especially nice the code I need to enter and where to enter it. Any help would be appreciated.
