Let's say I have a facilities management group. I want a user to be able to open a ticket for say a light bulb change. Then have the person who moderates the facilities tickets be able to assign it to a maintenance person.
I am confused as to the definitions of Categories, Representatives and User Groups and how they relate to one another.

Never mind - Fantastico had installed a very old version. I installed the new one and it's a lot more intuitive.
