Hi,
I have just installed osTicket today onto an x86 Ubuntu server.
Everything is working great, however I keep seeing the following error in the system logs and I'm not sure how to resolve it.
API error - code #77
Unknown remote host or invalid API key
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx refers to an external ip address of ours.
This appears virtually every minute and I fear that the SQL logs are going to fill up too quickly.
Has anyone got any suggestions please?
