Hi folks,
I'm running on shared windows hosting with my osticket install (RC4), so don't have server access direct.
Autocron works perfectly, however I don't have that triggered regularly and wanted to try and get the cron.php method to work.
My host set up a scheduled task using the wiki instructions however this isn't triggering anything, I get neither an email import nor error message to tell me of a problem by the cron.php
Modifying the api.inc.php file to comment out lines 77-86 has made it possible for me to trigger the event manually by pointing my browser at the API/cron.php but the server's scheduled task is still not triggering it.
Does anyone have any ideas? I know that my php_imap extension is working, I've tried the alternate cron.php file to no avail either.
