Hello,
i'm using osTicket and the staff team are many people. So if someone opens a ticket all staff members can see it as "open" and non person applied to. Most of the issues clients send us are big problems and need time to be sovled.
So, if a staff member wants to solve an open ticket he should be able to apply the ticket to his username. So other staff members wont work on that issue. Plus! the client also sees that his problem is beeing solved at the moment.
