I just installed ost 1.6rc5 and I run into a problem:
Tickets are not displayed.
I piped an email address through to ost and that works fine. i.e.: mail is handled by postfix fine, enters the pipe script, is stored in the DB an I get a 'new ticket' notification.
but when I log on to ost, I only get 'Query returned 0 results.' as result...
In the DB I can see 2 tickets: the default welcome ticket and my own test.
When I set the staff_id of the ticket to my own, I do get the option 'My Tickets (1)' added to the dashboard. but still no tickets visible and 'Query returned 0 results.'
Any ideas? I can't really find the query in the code...
