Tickets stop being created by email.

Hi,

I have installed and configured OSTicket to collect email from my server via pop3 (and tried via imap)

I have followed the wiki for creating a CRON job to fetch the emails and tried solutions from the forums.

I have tried to enable autoCron

Emails to tickets were working correctly for one afternoon. Please help me find the cause.

I also have a email server (non-linux) that I am unsure on how to setup email piping. The email server is called Axigen and is running on a windows box.
