I am facing a problem, I want OS tickets to fetch only few mails from the mailbox, but it fetches all the mails. I tried to archive the mails which I does not wish OS ticket to fetch, yet it fetches the archive mail as well. I also created a folder in the mail box for the mails, which i does not wish to b fetched my OSticket, but stilll it fetch mail from the saved folder
How can we make OSticket to fetch only few mails from the inbox. or How can we stop Osticket to fetch the archieve mail.
