I have no idea what I do wrong.
When I try to install using localhost I get db not found error
I can have done many things wrong, both in the file I needed to edit and in the set up page. Never installed a software before, never worked with MySQL database.
I don't know if you need to fill in the database name including the mysite_ prefix or not?
Same for the user name.
Can someone inform me on this please?
I have on my url now only the pages to enter the tickets = without having done installation, that works for as far that you can set up user groups etc.. but users can't reply to their tickets when a reply was issued.
I don't see anything wrong in the url they get in the confirmation mail.
