Weird e-mail truncation with equals = signs

I've recently migrated from 1.5 and now any generated email is truncated with "=" signs. Also, there's a bunch of line breaks that outlook tries to remove. Any ideas? : :

Same Thing

I just did a clean install of 1.6 RC5 and I'm getting the same thing. Random = inserted into the email text. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Hey peter... I have a question about helping you guys out.

We make a bunch of tweaks to the ticket system when we deploy it and many of them are pretty universal for instance, improving the search box. We track them all using subversion so that we can still upgrade accordingly without things breaking.

Is it possible to submit patches for you guys to consider?

This patch DID NOT address issues with the "Message Added" reply.

That is interesting - the patch was system wide for all outgoing emails, not specific to any message type. :
