I've jsut installed osticket at work for us developers so we can use it to keep tabs on all support stuff that comes our way.
I have a query though. How does the Internal Notes suppose to work? We wanted to use it so that any of us that takes care of a issue can post there with more info on the problem and ultimately what we did to solve it.
However - on the ticket page all I see is one row of text, the rest is cut off from each internal note. I would like to be able to see it like the ticket thread on the same page which displays the whole message.
Or am I missunderstanding something?
