Yeah, i do have PHPmyadmin. But the export-function should be available for "normal" OSticket administrator without phpMyAdmin access.
Do i have to embed the code in any way for testing reasons?
Oh no, i saw that the content of the message is included in ost_message and the attributes (names, emails, etc.) are included in ost_ticket, but i need all information in one excel sheet... :(
