I have installed OSTicket, and have had fun modding it to include some of the cool features explained in the MOD forums.
However, I discovered this morning that when a user replies to an email generated by the ticket system, only their first word is logged on that respective ticket.
I tried reverting the entire web folder to the original unmodded content, but that did not help. I am also using IMAP, rather than email piping. I don't know if that could be the cause?
It would be such a shame not to fix this bit, as if that is resolved & I can keep the mods, then it would be a perfect service desk for us!

Ohh, I should also mention that it is running on Win 2k3 server sp2, using WampServer 2.0.
