i have been tasked with customising osticket for a clients needs love the product by the way as i use it for my own ticketing system out of the box.
I need to adapt it for a building company but essentially they are just tracking tickets and work requests. However they don't liek the terminology that is used. How do i go about renaming the fields that are displayed ? these need to be consistent accross all pages. Also are there any good guide on adding fields to the database and to the pages. I can find some snippets but not a definitive answer.
