Hi everybody,
I'm trying to find a way to add the total time spent working on a ticket sent by a client and keep track of total time spent on that client that month.
What I need is a way to limit the client to 2 hrs of support time each month. I would do this by assigning a time value to each ticket upon completion and totaling the time on all the tickets sent within 30 days.
I would also like the client to be notified via email of the time spent on his ticket when the ticket is closed and a reply is sent.
Is this possible? Any ideas?
