ticket id shown on posting it?

can i? and HOW to make that ticket id shown when someone opens a new ticket(instead emailing him with his ticket number) i want to show it there on website..can i do that and how?

+if i can> how to disable sending the ticket ID to his mailbox?

That would be a serious security flaw. For example to access all your tickets, all I need to know is your email address to open a new ticket and login. i.e osTicket uses email/ticketID combination for logins. The plan is to move to username/password in the future but still allow email/ticketID to view individual ticket.

or smthing like LOGIN but instead username/password first time when u post a ticket u get smthing like security word which is EX.> me829e912ue12ue1ij2e9

and if u want to acces to that account of urs u have to type that security number in LOGIN 'place' ... (and when u login normally u have post another ticket bla bla bla...)
