I just upgraded from RC5 to RC6 in order to accommodate our only mod (age of tickets).
Now if you create a ticket as a client/customer, you do not receive the automated reply ("We've received your ticket request yadda yadda yadda").
However, our support email account does receive notification of a new ticket.
What has changed between the 2 versions that I need to look at to adjust so that those that create tickets will receive our canned replies?
