Hi,
I seem to be having a problem when I am trying to enter the MySQL database information. I keep getting this message:
Unable to connect to MySQL server. Possibly invalid login info.
I am pretty sure that I am entering my hostname (localhost) , database (named it ostixsupport) and username/password correctly. Am I supposed to change the table prefix or just leave as default "ost_"? :
