OK, thanks to the help of some great people in these forums I now have osTicket up and running and working great.
HOWEVER :), I still have one minor issue that I'd like some advice on.
All emails that osTicket is sending out show up as "on behalf of" emails. In other words, my clients see the "From:" address as "theivyle@server403.myhostingcompany.com on behalf of "
My outgoing emails are using PHP and not SMTP. Perhaps using SMTP would resolve this issue but that is not a possibility for us right now.
Does anyone know of a fix for this, as the way the emails are going out currently does not portray the professional image I'd like to portray.
