When someone goes to my osTicket site and uses the fields on the front page to enter an email address and ticket number to check the status of a ticket the server returns an error 500:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@theivyleaguegroup.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

If I hit refresh in my browser it then displays the ticket fine.
This ONLY happens when putting the email address and ticket number in on the front page of osTicket. If I click on the "ticket status" icon along the top where "Home - New Ticket - Ticket Status" are and then use that form "tickets.php" rather than the fields on "index.php" I do not get the error. The ticket is displayed properly and immediately.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
