I would like to reduce ticket number to 4 digits, This will make it easy to lookup a ticket while I'm on the phone.

It's on line 104 of main.inc.php but doing so greatly reduces the number of random ticket IDs available (unless my math is wrong, it drops from 1 million to 10 thousand)

Oh, duh, of course... 9999 and 999999. Kind of hard to have 10k and 1mil when you only have 4 and 6 digit numbers to work with, isn't it?
