Hello all:
Simply, the agents (or company) are not receiving email notifications of anytime. This is possibly the most important function that we need so I'm desperate to figure out how to amend it!
Attached are two screen shots.
SMTP is currently disabled but the PHP function is not sending emails. I am receiving ticket notification as someone who opens a ticket, but only when I use my gmail (or when my friends from other companies try it out for me on their company email). We are not receiving any notifications (from opening tickets to agent notifications when I assign staff tickets) to our company email.
We are hosted on a Linux server. Is there any other information needed? Please help!
