Hi,
i have installed osticket successfully and does piping to forward emails. all is working fine and now i want something like when a user emails info@domain.com a ticket created and 2 response mails sent to user from info@domain.com 1 for thanks and 2nd for giving ticket no information. i need to get that response mails sent back to info@domain.com too to get track of the ticket number. as i get only mail user sent me and ticket creates for this but i cant track the ticket number for the user emails me at first. how i can change and what script i can change to get that workable for me.
please please help me as i have spent a lot of time and didn't get anything yet.
