We use OSticket to provide support for our hosting clients. That being said, we only provide support for up to 3 tickets per user per month. We do that to limit the amount of free development time each of our clients receives.
Is there a way to tell OSticket to reject any submitted tickets after 3 have been submitted in the same month? I mean i know there's a way to reject tickets if the user has a certain number of open tickets, but we'd like to limit the tickets based on how long ago they last submitted a ticket regardless of whether or not it is closed or open.
