1. After install/config the osTicket, I don't see anything in "System Logs" except "osTicket installed". I am in Admin account and should I be able to see all the audit for login, like the demo screenshot displays?
2. When I tried to add/edit emails from "Admin Panel -> Email", I keep getting error message "Unable to add email. Internal error".
I only use the web interface. The email piping is not enabled yet.
