I have a new problem and i hope someone has the solution:
Only when i have an open ticket i can see my closed tickets and my tickets. When i don't have an open ticket i can't see my closed tickets.
Does someone know what i can do so i also can see my closed tickets and my tickets when i don't have an open ticket?
When i view a closed ticket (can only view them if i have an open ticket), the closed ticket has a status blank. After the text "Status:" there is no text closed or Closed. HELP!
