Error: Contact system admin.

I have installed using Installatron in cPanel and when I start the install I get a page with the title to this thread. My system specs are below:

OS Ticket 1.6 rc5

php 5.2.10

apache/2.2.13

MySQL 4.1.22

Could not find any thread with my problem. Any ideas?

I would suggest doing a manual install and ignoring cPanel, for starters, just to rule out any problems in your server's particular fantastico configuration. Looking at your server specs, I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to run osTicket.

Your MySQL version is very old, what a bad hosting is that !! MySQL5 has been out for years now.

Well I guess if I would have opened my eyes I am running 5.0.81 So I guess I can assume that installatron is as worthless as fantastico.

I will do a manual install and see if that works...

Thanks for the help. I did finally install from the download and it worked like a champ. A heads up for anyone else, dont waist your time with auto installers! They ALL suck!

Now I just have to figure out how to make it work within a frame in Joomla...
