even more fields in "submit ticket" form

I found a mod here that allows you to add you own custom fields to the form,

but I was hoping someone could tell me if its possible to add something like:

http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/chainedmenu/index.htm(http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/chainedmenu/index.htm)

Example of how this would play out:

say you select billing as your help topic

Topic:

--------

then another drop down list appears with more options specific to billing

Billing Options:

------------------

and so on... is this possible to implement?
