When i have closed tickets i dont see them in my closed tickets list. It say no tickets found. But at my tickets there stand the number of tickets there are assigned to me. But when ik click on my tickets there is a list with 0 tickets. No tickets found!
Does someone know what is the problem and how to solve it?
