I hope this will be a very simple question - I hope not too simple for this forum.
I am about to activate OSTicket for our institution. I will be creating user guides for the staff that will be answering tickets, and I know someone is going to ask me what "scp" stands for! I don't know - I suspect I would be able to guess if I knew more languages than English.
