How can I add more detail on Ticket Source.

Right now it has

Phone

Other

I want add

Camfrog

Live Chat

Support

You can add those value by editing the ost_ticket table, select the source field, which has the field type as enum.

Currently, the enum value for this field is:

'Web','Email','Phone','Other'

change it become:

'Web','Email','Phone','Camfrog','Live Chat','Support','Other'

then save your table.

Not in your php file, but table in your osTicket database

It is not for your .php file, but you have to configure them in your ost_ticket table in your osTicket database as I mentioned before.
