First of all osTicket looks very promising system, I have used RT for several years, and I can say that osTicket is easier and faster to maintain and use! You guys rock...
I have installed the latest version for a test and if ok, start working with it.
Debian, apache2, mysql5, php5 remote IMAP postfix server and remote SMTP server.
Emails are fetched, attachments are fetched and stored on the server.
BUT from the Staff Panel when I replay to a ticket and attache file, it does not make it to the mail box. Where can be the problem?
