additional required fields on new ticket?

id like it so that when a client makes a new ticket they are required to fill in

SCHOOL NAME

ROOM NAME OR NUMBER

how can i do this?

im sure i could just edit the open.php but then not sure it would show up in the ticket info on the staff side
