Hello!
I have problem with my OSTicket Version 1.6 RC5.
So, I created some users with access as Admins and some users as Staff.
Situation #1:
I logon as admin and create new ticket then I type some text in answer field and hit "post reply" - etherything ok.
Situation #2:
I logon as staff and create new ticket then I type some text in answer field and hit "post reply" - OSticket page not response, go to server and see that my Apache use 100% power of CPU.
After restarting Apache - OSticket works again but I hit "Post Reply" with Staff access Situation #2 repeating.
Please help!
