Deleted tickets reappear

Hi everyone,

I've just installed the latest version of osticket (v1.6 RC5) on my hosted server. Everything appears to be running fine with the minor problem that whenever I delete a ticket it reappears as a new ticket. I'm not quite sure where I should look for problems. The ticket reappears when I next login to the ticketing system.

I've checked the ticket table in phpmyadmin and the ticket is deleted from this table (until it gets re-submitted).

System info:

Linux (Redhat)

PHP Version 5.2.10

Apache 2.2.3

MySQL 5.0.45

OK I had this problem when my setup was the following.

Exhcnage mailbox with IMAP Protocol enabled.

when OSticket import (fetch) those emails they appear as tickets, when I delete them they reappear after few mintues, the reason why was I didn't select option the delete messeages after doing the fetch from mailbox. therefore all old tickets gets recreated afterwords.

I'm not sure if you have similar setup!
