Problem to receive support mails

Hi Friends,

I have a little problem to configure osticket. I have enter my support email adress in emails for the user can sends his problems through email.But i can not receive emails in the aplication, i want mean that the mails don´t appear in the aplication. I don´t Know if the problem is the configuration but i think that´s all ok

Anybody can help me?

I have the same problem. It downloaded once, then never again (I'm sure my credentials are right and that my email is configured properly -- I can get the support emails via vTiger, but I didnt like the interface)

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem:

A person send me an email and it is on my emailserver but it wont appear in osTicket.

Does someone has the solution?
