Hide our Assignee column in the closed list!

Hello everyone,

I'm a new user of osticket, and i'm glad to read this post.

I've done you wrote below and it works fine :-).

Now i've a little problem:

When a ticket is closed, it is unassigned automaticly (until here, its fine :-)), but i can't find a solution to hide the assignee list in the closed ticket list!

And if we assign someone to a closed ticket it's impossible to go backward without reopen it!

Is it possible to hide the assignee menu in the closed ticket list?

Made Mod but does not show up on Managers

I followed the mod by Masino Sinaga and his great website (here) This works great but even though it is suppose to show up on the manager group I do not seem to have it show. Has this happen to anyone else? I dont really want to make all managers admins but at this point im stumped. I have double checked and on the tickets.inc.php it is set to show it for both admins and managers. If i change the Mangers group to be admins it works. Any thoughts?

figured it out

Ok figured it out. You can only have one manager per department so i had not actually chosen them as managers. Now that I did that it works.
