I'm having trouble running osticket on a Windows server 2008 platform using Internet Informations Services 7. Having successfully set it up locally on my laptop using the latest version of WAMP server, I transfered all files and database over to my server machine. The problem is this:
I can open new tickets without a problem, and get the verification message saying that the ticket has been raised and sent to the email address etc. The email does arrive at its destination, so this part works fine!
The problem lies in the admin or staff panel when replying to a raised ticked. Whenever I post a reply from within these panels the server keeps returning a server 500 error and won't confirm or indeed send the reply?!
This is completely doing my head in!!!
I have other websites running on my server that run PHP contact forms etc and they all work fine, so I can't work out what's causing this?!!
