smtp error explaination
i just recieve on the dashboard a message acknowleging me that there is a SMTP error happened it is shown as follows:
Wed,Sep 9 2009 2 pm.
and for sure the day and time differs according to the time i tried in it to send a new ticket which means that i send the ticket caused the previous error message on wednesday september 9th at 2 pm but when i expand it i find it empty.
