Can't get POP/IMAP to work w/Exchange

I have SMTP up and going just fine, but I cannot get POP or IMAP to work.

Exchange 2003 is on Server 2003, installing PHP/PL to do piping is not an option, so I need to get POP or IMAP working. osTicket is on XP Pro with Apache/PHP/mySQL/PL.

The mailbox is enable for both POP and IMAP. I'm using support@domain.com as the login for SMTP and it's working fine. I can't seem to get any combination to work for POP: support@domain.com, domain\support, domain\support\mailbox, support.

The message I get for POP is "POP3 connection broken in response" and "Invalid login. Check POP settings". Any idea on any solution? Thanks for any help!

ssl?

are you using SSL connection to check email? If so, try it without the ssl.

also check to make sure you have php-mcrypt installed

Yes, mcrypt is installed and I'm not using SSL. :/

2. is POP and IMAP on user account --> "exchange features" enabled?

It's embarrassing to admit it, but the problem was that POP3 and IMAP were disabled in Services.
