Hello! Sorry for my english.

Yesterday i tried to translate your system in russian. Unfortunately, I can't do this. Because, when I am updating the system the translated files will be replaced by untranslated files. That's why I propose to use templates or external lang file.

Yeah. I am definitely agree with grangonzo.

That's why I am not too interested making translation feature since Peter and osTicket team will launch the next release with the multilingual feature.

I think it is like there are so many people form all across the world so for their ease and comfort there should be a multilingual feature which will no doubt work the best for them.

Any new possibilities to change language in the new RC5 release? Last time i found a german translation in this forum and overwrote the files. After that, I had a name of an other company in osticket and also a google analytics ID from the user who prepared the translated version in one of the files!
