can we use osTicket offline ???

i have a question about osTicket. My company give service to many more manufacture factory. all of our staff is in single factory to support them there. coz of the internet connection is not well, that is the problem to us to use osTicket online, but the main office also want to know about the problem instead. so, can osTicket use offline, when our staff entering data and its be synchronizes to main server from internet??

I was looking at all the posts and from what I understand this should be possible if you have a database that sits offline and all the computers are linked to the database. You should talk to someone in your IT department if you have one.

Try installing XAMPP on a local machine. This way you can easily install osticket that way. And everyone in your network can view that website.
