Would it be possible to add a feature where a client could look up any tickets they have submitted? Perhaps on the main page under “Ticket Status” have something that says “Lookup all tickets”. This would take them to a new page where they could enter their e-mail address and have some sort of visual confirmation. Then the system would send the user an email with the following information or something similar for any ticket they ever submitted:
