We have installed osTicket and have verified that it is all working correctly, although we have not yet made it accessible to our clients for support. We have a couple of questions related to this and will appreciate any help we may receive.
1. In the footer of the support ticket when viewed in the browser the following phrase appears: “As a show of support, we ask that you leave powered by osTicket link to help spread the word. Thank you! -->.”
We will be very happy to leave the osTicket logo and link on the form but would like to remove that phrase and do not know where it is located in the system and how to remove it.
2. There is a strong suggestion to turn off register globals. We do not know where to find that switch and will appreciate any input that will assist us.
