Print opening new ticket

Im very new and was wondering if there is a way and / or feature to print the screen where you create a new ticket.

I'm running a computer shop and services and I want to print that page as it is while customers give be the information in the store and then they can sign the printed version.

can anyone help me with this?

I have two suggestions:

Fill out the form and hit your print screen button and use your favorite paint program to print out the screen

Create the ticket and then view it and use the print button found on the ticket view.

It would be fairly easy to create a mod for what you want. Me personally would use option 2.
