Trying to Find some Error Messages

Hello,

I started working on changing the language from the script. I found most of the texts I wanted to change but I have a difficult time finding the ones below.

1. When opening a new ticket and you don't fill out the form correctly, it says:

(in red) Name required, Valid email required, Select help topic, Subject required and/or Message required.

I have checked every php page and I can't find where the script gets these error messages from. I need to find them in order to change them to the Dutch language. :

2. When you log in to view the open tickets (client) at the top it says:

"Showing 1 - 1 of 1 All Tickets"

I found "All Tickets" and changed that to Dutch. But I cannot find the word "Showing" and the word "of". Where are they in the script :

include/class.ticket.php

include.class.msgtpl.php

include/class.config.php

include/class.email.php

include/class.staff.php

This one is about half way into include/class.pagenate.php

The above where incorrect. Though it has some of the commands, they where not for the client part of the script.

I found it in include/class.ticket.php which you recommended. I don't have a clue on how I missed that

include/class.pagenate.php was also correct, I'm a very happy camper
