I have osTicket install on av Windows 2008 server. I have set up a taks scheduler (Tried with Plesk and windows)
The task runs sucessfully but it don't fetch the emails.
In the eventveiwer it is a information message
"The description for Event ID 2 from source PHP-5.2.6 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:

But when i set up Auto Cron it works if a staff member is logged in.
