exchange 2007 SSL/TLS issues with POP

Hello,

I'm trying to get osticket to work cleanly with exchange server 2007. However, I'm having issues setting up pop/imap for email addresses.

I've configured the email addresses not to use SSL, and I've even tested login with telnet on 110 successfully, but I keep getting a TLS/SSL failure: SSL negotiation failed.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone is able to lend a hand here!

If the osTicket install and Exchange is on the same private subnet, try using port 995 instead.

no go, it has the same failure on 995 with ssl on,

if i try it on 995 with ssl off, I still get the same error..

It seems that exchange 2007's opportunistic TLS is the cause of the issue. The only way to kill it is to tell the client not to attempt TLS at all.
