Hello, I am very new to using osTicket and I would like to completely remove the "First Name", "Last Name", "Phone Number", and "Ext." from the Submit a new ticket form and add "Username" - required.
I would also like to make Message required since without a message there's nothing to reply to.
How do I go about doing this?
Also, what is the file path to edit the Submit a new ticket page?
